BECK'S STORY

Growing up in a volatile environment, Rebecca turned to alcohol and substances to help numb out feelings of uncertainty of where she actually belonged in this world. This created and fuelled a cycle of guilt, anxiety and shame which led to more numbing out and many years of self-sabotage and destructive behaviour. 

Finally feeling tired of this toxic cycle Rebecca embarked on her own journey to giving herself a better life. The first step was seeking professional help and then throwing herself in a new health and well-being lifestyle consisting of regular excercise and holistic healing. 

Rebecca has now committed to a sober life and lives in a state of positivity and happiness with the anxiety much more manageable.  This dedication to a new, healthier life and version of herself meant that weekend nights were now often spent at home with her little bestie Tikka the dog, rather than out partying.

She really wanted some beautiful pyjamas, complete with affirmations, to remind her how her life had changed for the better and that things were improving. But when she couldn’t find any suitable options on the market, she knew it was her purpose to create them and offer to others going through a similar turning point in their life, or for others that just want to feel comfortable and empowered before going to bed.
