Refund policy

The sizing is based on Australian sizing so please refer to the sizing chart before making your purchase. 

Exchanges
If it doesn’t fit and you would like it exchanged, please return it with all the tags in the same packaging bag it came in including the post bag which can be reused, and I can send you a new size. Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the product and would like a refund, please return it with all the tags in the same packaging bag it came in including the post bag which can be reused. Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, double check your bank account, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done that and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at info@sleepfearlessly.com.au 

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 3/110 Ledger Road, Woodville South SA 5011

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund for products over $100 the shipping paid by Sleep Fearlessly will be deducted from the refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
